This Wheel roller mixer is mainly for crushing coal powder, charcoal powder, slime, coking coal, coke breeze, dusting ash, pond slob, fire coat, steel slag, iron fine power, mineral powder, etc. Materials between roller wheel and roller table get grinded and abraded by the relative movement; at the same time, materials get mixed in the sand mixer. The Wheel mill mixer is applied to bottom plate of roller table and outer race of roller wheel in order to prolong the using life. Height of roller wheel to roller table can be self-adjusted so that when runs on rigid materials or on thick material layer, the roller table can be lifted automatically, by doing this the roller table can be protected effectively. Vertical mixer machine grinding product particles is approximately spherical. Wheel mill mixer is relatively simple, the manufacture and maintenance easier, feed size is not too strict, but large energy consumption, low production efficiency.
